NFN Naked New Year's Dive 2013
Nude beach Zandvoort 1 January 1:00 pm – After years of nude diving on New Year's Day on a number of nudist beaches, whether organized or not, the NFN has organized a naked New Year's dive for the first time. The first New Year's Dive in the Netherlands took place 53 years ago in Zandvoort; so an excellent location for a new piece of history with the first NFN Bare New Year's Dive.
At the beginning of the nudist beach, the dive organizer had set up two tents, one for changing clothes and the other for registration and catering.
In the morning it was still drizzly weather, during the dive it was dry and the sun broke through. Despite the fairly high air and sea water temperature (about 7 degrees), the strong westerly wind makes it feel very fresh. There was no diving completely naked because every NFN member could keep his head warm with a green NFN cap.
About 150 naturists took part in the dive. And afterwards everyone agreed: this should become a tradition. Thank you NFN for the perfect organization and see you next year?
Below are some atmospheric photos of the dive

In the traditionally dressed
Zandvoortse New Year's Dive orange still predominates and naked is not yet common.
