Free parking in a small parking lot at the start of the dike.
At the end of the dike is the area where nude recreation takes place. In this photo the dike is still bare, but it is now completely overgrown again.

The remains of the former Serooskerke polder pumping station, on the side of the nature reserve, have also been preserved during the dike reinforcement. (photo from before the dike reinforcement).
The (former) blowdown opening.
In the drainage opening, a shell/pebble beach has formed over the years. Here, even at low tide, the bathing water is easily accessible. Because of the clear water and the rich marine life, you can also snorkel beautifully here.
Even at low tide, you still have to be careful with the stones. Water shoes are not an unnecessary luxury.

In the former working port
Schelphoek there are still three caissons and a shipwreck.
