Free parking on the paved parking area near the nudist beach. The gate of the parking area closes automatically at 11 p.m. during the summer season.

The footpath that runs around the Hoornse plas also crosses the nudist beach. It is crowded here on nice days with walkers.
A ditch, with an earthen wall behind it, forms the border of the nudist beach on the south side.

The start of the nudist beach on the east side. Here the nudist beach has been shortened, the border used to be close to the bridge.
The bridges were renewed in 2012.

A small sandy beach with a fenced swimming area for the children. The sunbathing area (currently still in the shade) along the water is usually the busiest part of the beach.

The bathing water can be reached here via two steps. The water on the side is about 1.00 meters deep. The water becomes deeper than 1.80 meters at about 10 meters from the bank.

The well-known pile mountain on the textile beach, consisting of approximately five thousand piles, was demolished in 2006. On the beach are now climbing equipment.
The Galaxy, a giant climbing net in which dozens of children can clamber at the same time, is also clearly visible from the nudist beach.

A new lock was constructed just behind the nudist beach. The new cycle path that runs past the nudist beach is connected to the new cycle path at Nijdam.
