During festivals (Amsterdam Open Air festival) you can use the old (small) nudist beach on the southeast bank. The regular nudist beach is then closed for about two weeks. The nudist beach is marked (2022) with a sign.

You can also swim in the Gaasperplas here, but it is not official bathing water, just like on the regular nudist beach.



Be careful when boarding because there are slippery boulders on the side. The water gets deep quickly after that and is unsuitable for inexperienced swimmers.
